  A lot of great costumes but disappointed with both staff and customers who ransack the place and the staff who does not correct the mess left behind by rude customers. The closer to Halloween we get, the more disorganized and messier this store will become.

  Thankfully I didn't have to travel 35 minutes out of my way to find out the staff was rude. Store opens at 9:30am, they didn't start answering their phone until 10:45am. I called prior to making the trip and was told they probably didn't have the costume I was calling about, before I even told her what it was!! First, the lady told me she wouldn't know what they have in the store because they weren't finished unpacking all the delivery boxes. Second, she said to never go by the online store in stock amount because it's never accurate. Online says they have 2 in stock at their store, but she wouldn't even take the costume # to check if it was on the shelf. Finally, she told me none of the stores have Star Wars costumes for girls in stock...lies and deceit!!! Headed to a different store whose staff was very helpful and courteous over the phone and were willing to hold the costume I've been searching for.
