  Kay jewelers in Conyers is a horrible place. They damaged my engagement ring wouldn't apologize for it. The manager is rude and disrespectful and when you try to go above them to solve a problem you get nowhere. I have been engaged for one month and have gotten to wear my ring for 4 days and have had to turn it over to them 3 times for 2 different sizings because they couldnt get it right the first time and once when the manager dropped my ring and damaged the stone. They have left a horrible, ugly stain on what is suppose to be a happy time.

  I came in the store 2 weeks ago to have my rings sized and inspected.. only to have it come back all messed up. The employees in the store acted as if they didn't care either.. when I pointed the problem out she just kinda giggled and said well I guess you'll have to send it back off now won't you? Totally unprofessional.. I will not go back to that location
