  I used a Google Offer to purchase some of the JK Linens sheets as a gift. The order was received pretty quick and packed away. Once the gift was given, the quality seemed to be pretty nice. The sheets are very soft and comfortable. The problem arose when putting the fitted sheet on the mattress. The elastic band snapped, first time trying to use the sheets. The next day, I contact JK Linens to see if there was anything that could be done about this. They assured me this was an isolated incident and would get a replacement set sent out as soon as they had my size/color back in. I waited a few weeks and contacted them again, following up as to where my replacements were. The person replying to my emails had no clue who I was, what the issue was or that replacements were supposed to be sent. I re-explained the issue and was told to contact UPS, as the tracking number showed the package was delivered. No kidding? I HAVE THE SHEETS! Once I re-re-explained their sheets are of low quality and "broke" first time they were used, they apologized for misunderstanding and promised me replacements would be sent out the next week. A couple weeks later, giving plenty of time for shipping, I contacted them again, and was once again given assurances that a replacement would be sent out next week. Now, they have stopped replying to my emails and I still have a bum set of sheets. Do not risk ordering from JK Linens, unless you would like a headache.
