  Good customer service. I shop after I take electronics to recycling. It's a great combination of service to have a great selection of items I need to buy and to be able to help out environment through recycling.

  I searched for a washer | dryer and once I picked an item of choice the sales man Damon was great help. I hate that this review will go sour due to the delivery is out of his control. [Note: if you need help for appliances request Damon & pick the item up yourself] I was home all day for the 12pm-4pm delivery window. The time ticked away...came and gone. I even gave them another hour due to traffic in the area. Geek Squad was called to determine the status & the rep informed me that someone came by my house & the delivery needs to be reschedule. ...Are you freaking kidding me???? I office from home every Monday, my door bell works just fine , I have a wooden door "YOU CAN KNOCK LOUDER" & I have a BIG German Sheppard who alerts me if a leaf flies by the house in the wrong direction! Being a former Assistant Manager -Blue Shirt, Elite Member & loyal shopper I am needless to say FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED & totally upset that I sold & moved my old unit with anticipation of this delivery! Now I called the store, the first round after being on hold for 10 minutes the call was disconnected. I am looking at the time stamp as I write this review and now its 9 minutes and 15 seconds and counting to speak to a store rep. Just give me my $1700+ refund & I will take my business elsewhere...

  Pick up in can't get it together. I got my email confirmation my order was ready 1 hour before I got there and they could not find it. They said they would have to go pick it. The point of this service is to be in and out fast. Took me 30 min just to walk out.......
